Used to be reliable but then they changed staff for a bunch of bullies and muppets when I took my car for service.
I was verbally gang bullied and physically threatened. Drive my own car into the garage as it is raining. Junior mech blowing cig smoke in my face, threatening me.
Just wanted filter service light reset! Charged extra as car has two filters. Eventually they accepted it was service light but I was subject to the worst abuse at their hands.
I put in a formal complaint about their behaviour but never got any response!!!!
Now my turbo has seized up @ 87k and I've been informed that the oil level was low and the oil was likely the wrong one. What should I assume?
